Measuring where others cannot!

TRIME-GW offers effective solutions for problems encountered with existing moisture measurement systems.

  1. Fluctuating measurements: Existing moisture measurement systems are capable of registering only relatively small fields. Thus attempts to measure non-homogeneous materials often produce fluctuating readings. Depending upon the type of probe used, TRIME-GW can measure up to 10 liters of material and provide reliable, representative measurements, even for such difficult materials as wood chips, etc.
  2. Temperature sensitivity: Existing moisture measurement systems exhibit significant sensitivity to temperature changes. These systems are also incapable of performing measurements on materials with high temperatures (up to 150°C).
Thanks to its optimum physical properties, TRIME-GW offers precise, stable measurements. The system can be installed without difficulty in a mixer or dryer.
  3. Very dry materials: Existing moisture measurement systems are incapable of solving the problems posed by very dry, lightweight materials e.g. hops.
TRIME-GW provides precise measurements even at moisture levels as low as 0% and extremely low materials densities (reliable measurements even at 0.1).

Why TRIME is the better solution
The following article describes the sophisticated physics of the TRIME system.

TRIME®-GW
TRIME®-GW directly measures the water content of the product being dried regardless of the grade, temperature or mineral content of the goods being measured.

TRIME®-ES
The sensor system TRIME®--ES with tube access probe T3/22 determines continuously the water content in concrete and stones. The small dimension with 22mm diameter offers advantages in installation.

TRIME-T3/IPH54 Borehole Probe
The sensor system TRIME-T3/IPH54 can be installed directly in rock or concrete. Installation depths of up to 50m are possible with integrated TDR-electronic and a borehole diameter of 54mm.
