Measuring where others cannot!
TRIME-GW offers effective solutions for problems encountered with existing moisture measurement systems.
- Fluctuating measurements: Existing moisture measurement systems are capable of registering only relatively small fields. Thus attempts to measure non-homogeneous materials often produce fluctuating readings. Depending upon the type of probe used, TRIME-GW can measure up to 10 liters of material and provide reliable, representative measurements, even for such difficult materials as wood chips, etc.
- Temperature sensitivity: Existing moisture measurement systems exhibit significant sensitivity to temperature changes. These systems are also incapable of performing measurements on materials with high temperatures (up to 150°C).
Thanks to its optimum physical properties, TRIME-GW offers precise, stable measurements. The system can be installed without difficulty in a mixer or dryer.
- Very dry materials: Existing moisture measurement systems are incapable of solving the problems posed by very dry, lightweight materials e.g. hops.
TRIME-GW provides precise measurements even at moisture levels as low as 0% and extremely low materials densities (reliable measurements even at 0.1).
